Laurie Fitzgerald

Laurie has been in direct sales for over 15 years and has been at the top of her direct selling company for the past 7 years running.

Laurie has been happily married for over 18 years to John and has three beautiful children Courtney aged 10, Sheree aged 13 and Daniel aged 16. Laurie loves the fact that she can work around her family and be a full time businesswoman as well.

Her success includes many awards for her personal sales of over $100,000 dollars, Year after year, and personal Team sales of 1 million dollars per annum.

Sponsoring is her passion and when Laurie decided to take her business to the very top, her team sponsored over 63 people in three months and promoted out 5 personal managers in the same month to reach her goal of Regional Executive Manager. This gave Laurie and her teams a long-standing record that still stands today within her direct selling business.

Laurie is now a Regional Executive Manager is currently running the number one Region in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore with regional sales of over 5.5 million dollars per annum.

Her Region consists of over 243 consultants and 17 Managers.

Laurie's personal success stories have been written in the MLM magazine, Growth Business Magazine and in her local newspaper as well as her direct selling business Annual report. Being asked to do a demonstration for Week-end Extra for channel 9 was loads of fun for a documentary on direct selling companies in Brisbane. Recently Laurie was also asked to do an interview with Griffith University Law students to help with an exam paper on direct selling businesses in Australia compared to Japan.

Laurie has been an invited speaker at numerous company leadership forums, Manager and Consultant conventions.

Her most recent success is one of her most exciting yet, and that was being asked to be a guest speaker on the Million Dollar Mavens panel at the Las Vegas conference with the DSWA. (Direct Selling Woman's Alliance) Niki Keohuhu, the co-founder of the DSWA asks only four people from around the world to be on her panel of speakers each year and Laurie is the only Direct Seller from Australia to be on that panel in April 2008.

Direct selling is her passion and now Laurie devotes her time to inspiring as many fellow direct sellers alike to go for their Dreams and become the best they can be.
